Factory appointments, access to trade fairs, specialist interpretation and other third-party services must be arranged or confirmed separately.

• Hotel/accommodation, personal purchases, samples, shipping and other third-party charges

• Professional/legal/medical/technical certified interpretation or document translation unless separately agreed

• Factory access, supplier introductions, negotiations with guaranteed outcomes, and purchasing services unless expressly included in the confirmed itinerary

A meeting point outside the confirmed standard area may incur an additional fee, disclosed and agreed in advance.
